Our 30-Day Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please email our support team at info@geisseletrigger.com with the following details:
- Your original order number.
- The name of the item(s) you wish to return.
- A brief reason for the return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to ship the items.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item received).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and regulatory requirements, the following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Installed or fired firearm components.
- Items that show clear signs of use or damage.
- Special order items or clearance hardware.
Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize the replacement of these items at no additional cost to you. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more details on coverage for manufacturer defects.
